Not all customers are interested by participating in your business, sharing their ideas. However, you also have to know that these opinion leaders might not secure the success of a campaign. Therefore, the challenge is 1 to get these opinion leaders to participate in the effort of product definition and 2 to check that the rest of the crowd will follow.
